A party wishing to apply for participation shall agree to these Participation Regulations when submitting the application, and the participation contract shall be deemed concluded upon completion of the Secretariat's review and approval following the application.
However, if the exhibition space has been fully allocated, or if the exhibited items are determined to be unsuitable for the purpose and nature of the exhibition, the Organizer may decline to approve the application or refuse to accept it.

Article 3 (Conditions for Payment of Participation Fees)
1. The Exhibitor shall comply with and agree to the Participation Regulations prior to payment.
2. The Exhibitor shall pay the full participation fee (including incidental costs) within the period individually notified after application, using the method specified by the Organizer.
3. If the Exhibitor fails to pay the participation fee within the specified period, the Organizer may terminate the participation contract.
4. If the Exhibitor fails to submit the documentation required by the Organizer within the specified period, the Exhibitor shall not be eligible for any discount offered by the Organizer. (Only documentation issued within 60 days of the issuance date will be accepted.)

Article 4 (Assignment of Exhibition Booths)
1. The Organizer shall assign the Exhibitor's booth location based on criteria that take into account the order of contract execution and fee payment, the scale of participation, the exhibited items, and other factors.
2. If the Organizer determines it necessary for the efficient layout and flow of the exhibition venue, the Organizer may change the assigned booth location — with the Exhibitor's utmost cooperation — except where unavoidable circumstances prevent this decision. Such changes are within the Organizer's authority, and the Exhibitor may not claim compensation for the results of such changes.
3. If the total area applied for exceeds the exhibition space secured by the Organizer, the Organizer may adjust the applied area of all participating companies, and the Exhibitor may not raise an objection.
4. Under no circumstances may the Exhibitor lend, transfer, or exchange with a third party all or part of the assigned area without the Organizer's consent.

Article 5 (Use of Exhibition Space)

Failure of the Exhibitor to participate in the exhibition without the Organizer's prior approval shall also be deemed a cancellation of participation, and any participation fee already paid will not be refunded.
2. If the Exhibitor wishes to cancel participation after the application has been approved by the Secretariat, the Exhibitor must submit a written cancellation request to the Organizer, and the following penalty rates shall apply based on the date the cancellation request is received by the Organizer:

In such cases, the Exhibitor may not claim compensation from the Organizer.
